Emyooga Sacco leaders thrilled on the working modernities towards government programs. Leaders from the three constituencies consisting of Bungokho North, Central and South convened in lukhobo hall to rely on the Emyooga uptake. Mbale District RDC, Nasike Asumin implored the participants on good working conducts and  requested leaders to remind the beneficiaries to make payments so as the improve and widen livelihood to other members. "This time I want us to avoid harassment and pay the money back on the Sacco accounts without tight follow-ups." The RDC called upon Sacco leaders to cooperate with her office to avoid disputes. Residents of Waninda and Namawanga parishes gathered in muyembe village at Namawanga health center III to question the local authorities  explain the whereabouts of the members who had exortated money claiming they were enrolling their children for skills, this meeting attracted the office of the RDC, DPC, GISO, Local councils at village level and the community members at large. The residents wrote to office of the RDC for intervention in the matter of money exortations by some local leaders pretending to be helping the PLE dropouts and secondary leavers acquire skills for livelihood. Nabumali town Wards firing without conceptual business development services under pdm. Out of the six Wards, three were randomly selected for monitoring by the district PDM core team. Bukuwa, Wamwa and Masikye had been selected for review of first and second phase disbursement of PDM money. While monitoring these Wards, it was noted that both phases had served the beneficiaries with less money than promised. Mbale district production and marketing officer, continued the routine monitoring of PDM projects in Bumasikye parishes. Wanakina George, DPMO Mbale District LG says the objectives of PDM are wealth creation,  household income, employment creation, reducing vulnerability and improving welfare of the household He made these submissions while carrying out PDM monitoring in Bumasikye Sub county, lubale parish in buwumba village.
