I think the first benefit would be for Inzu ya Masaba to promote community schools embedded in the desire to improve education as a basic need.

Most of the community post primary institutions constitute the loyalists of Inzu ya Masaba which is an essential vehicle in voicing the plight of the said schools among which Bubulo Secondary is a beneficiary.

Secondly, Inzu ya Masaba has a fully fledged Ministry of Education, Culture and antiquities. These if well positioned can lobby support of learning and instruction material as per standards of the new curriculum.
Thirdly, like any other Public post primarily instition, if Inzu ya Masaba could extend bursaries to disadvantaged students, this would enhance both enrollment of the would be school drop outs but also contribute to better performance which constitute the Cardinal Objective of the founding fathers of Bubulo Secondary School

Our cultural institution ought to be a contributor not only to the promotion and maintenance of our cultural heritage but also a top contributor to the socio-economic transformation of our people.
