NRM at 39 years of rule, find a coherent pulse of underscored motives within the population growth, the "Bazukulu" with demisified priorities regroup in the western corridor. The adoptions in character and preferences suit this injunction of treat, the regime has tolerated the acclaimed bad rule though thriving to live above self. Many writers without awards have contributed greatly from the genesis of thriving nation but nevertheless redemption has manifested in real life. In 1971, the Eastern part uganda and hills of masabaland came a liberator of a time, Amin's regime had eaten the souls with fear on grounds of fighting enemies. I lived to reflect on the black days in the east, Kenya became a better place for the first time because many of my people ran there for asylum, I counted days without food and not only that but the whole nation was a mess in the regime, we ate once a week and walked for dozen of miles with timid stature, Uganda was no home but an arena of blood and sand. KAMPALA.  On Wednesday 28th, Eddie Nahwera, founder  Kigezi Teens Magazine met with Madam Julie Solberg and Mr. Rino Solberg at the Child Africa offices in Kansanga- Kampala to discuss potential collaborations focused on empowering teenagers through innovation, mentorship and sustainable development. According to Eddie Nahwera,founder Kigezi Teens Magazine, the meeting was deeply inspiring, as both Julie and Rino Solberg have demonstrated a long-standing commitment to youth empowerment in Uganda and other parts of Africa especially through their NGO Child Africa that has helped many to achieve education. The Local government public accounts committee of mbale district stepped out for monitoring exercise on the projects assessed in the financial years  2023/2024  and 2024/2025 respectively. Mbale district local government consists of 14 sub counties and three town councils as lower local government units and rural urban centres respectively. With consolidated funds from government, the "Wanachi" meaning the netizens receive the funding through respective ministries in terms of service delivery at village, parish and sub county levels. Mbale district monitoring and supervision team in an inclusive composure, continued to assese the works of NOSP community access road spanning from Bungokho to Bumbobi respectively. The team compromised of political and technical stakeholders with the presence of Deputy resident commissioner, Nakawala Naume as mandated by the President. The composition at Bungokho Sub county yielded numbers for the day's activity as Chris Mafabi, the sub county chairman shared his findings with Monitoring and supervision lead team. According to the Site Engineer Magola Stanley, said that the 11.6Kms  work progress stands at 45% including site clearing, bush clearing, graveling,  drainage system and Arch bridge construction at 80%.
