Over 27 billion shillings have been disbursed to 28,502 beneficiaries in Mbale district breaking it down with elderly - 3,654, PWDs - 85, youths - 5,879, women - 9,761 and Men - 9,123. Wanakina Davidson the DPMO Mbale district says all the selected beneficiaries are potential entrepreneurs at 39% vulnerability to have sustainable income, the PDM money is meant to transform households in the real economy.
